In 2006 we realized our lifelong dream and purchased
31 acres of high quality fruit growing land and planted a
vineyard. Located on 18 Mile Creek adjacent to the Burt
dam reservoir, our soils are deep and well drained sand and
gravel loams. This location and soil combine to produce an
ideal environment for fruit, and it is reflected in our wines.
Our production is limited and we take pride in high
quality wines. Come to our family run winery and sample
hand crafted wines from premium vinifera grapes.
We specialize in dry European style wines. These
wines include a Chablis style Chardonnay, Riesling and
Gewürztraminer. Next year our red wines vines will have
matured and will include Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet
Franc, Merlot, and Pinot Noir. Our newest planting of
Blaufrankish (Lemberger) will be available in two years.
Our building is full of old world charm with warm
stucco exterior and bright red roof. The massive oak
doors were made by ourselves to add to the heritage we
feel to the winery. Our location is close to Lake Ontario
and close to the other wineries of the Niagara Wine
Trail. We invite you to visit us and taste our wines.
