810 Meadworks

At 810 Meadworks, we start with honey, and make mead with black currants, pomegranates, cucumbers, coffee beans, ghost chilis, tea leaves, hops, lavender . . . and we’ve just begun to explore the possibilities.

If you think you don’t like mead, you probably haven’t found the right one yet!  Our meads range from dry to sweet; some are carbonated or used to make amazing cocktails.

We also feature our own handcrafted fine chocolates and delicious tasting plates. We are located in downtown Medina in the historic Newell Shirt Factory building, with our own courtyard/concert venue, the Beegarten, and hatchet-throwing range, 810 Axes.
