Filled with bite-sized chicken pieces and veggies over biscuits then baked, this dish will warm your body and soul. Pair it with either Cat’s Meow or a dry white wine. Try it with 100 Windows for those who prefer sweet wines.
  • Victorianbourg Wine Estate:
    • Chef Ashley from Ashley’s Culinary Creation, inspired by the bounty of Niagara’s harvest, has taken a classic Italian dish, the Bruschetta, and transformed it into a unique and utterly scrumptious dish. Served atop a bruschetta style bread is a beet and blueberry peach chutney with goat cheese butternut squash, apples diced and mixed with caramelized onions. Seasoning and a balsamic glaze finishes this beautiful harvest dish. It is the perfect complement to our award winning Traminette Special Selection (dry wine) with it’s notes of citrus and spice, or our Pechette (sweet wine) whose soft peachy notes and slight effervescence won it the title of Best White Wine at the Taste of Buffalo. Stop by and treat your taste buds to a pairing that will make this harvest season one to remember.
  • Vizcarra Vineyards:
    • Homemade Cheesy Garlic Zucchini Bites paired with our White Dusty’s Diamond, Rose Erie Canal Catawba, and our Vizcarra Red.
