The Schulze Family invites you to gather around our charming cherry wood bar and experience wine making at its finest. We are an Estate Winery, growing and producing vinifera, hybrids and native grapes. Our commitment to growing the highest quality grapes is the hallmark of our award-winning wines.

Award winning Ice Wines are produced from our vineyards and developed in the traditional Eiswein method. Cuvée Reserve and Siegfried Brut, our sparkling wines, are fermented in the classic Methode Champenoise style. Tiny Bubbles is our semi-dry bubbly. Fine wines are created from these Estate grown Varietals: Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Siegfried, Riesling, and Vidal Blanc. Our sweet wines, both still and bubbly, include native grapes Niagara, Concord and Catawba.

Situated on 120 acres of land just minutes from Lake Ontario, we offer a gorgeous country setting and view of the vineyards. Our winery is handicap accessible, dog friendly, and we offer gifts from local artisans as well as wine related items. Check Facebook for updates and events.
