How do Wine Trail Events Work?
Print out your e-mail order confirmation when purchasing your advance ticket or wine pass online. You will show your email confirmation to redeem and at each location there after (if applicable). We will match your order number and the name the order was purchased under. E-mails on your smart phone are acceptable if you do not have a printer.
- No tickets will be mailed. Absolutely NO refunds. We offer exchanges or store credit only.
- Tickets do not include transportation or lodging. Please make your own arrangements.
- A valid photo ID with proof of age is required to participate in wine tasting. Please have your ID ready upon arrival.
- Wine Trail events held at the wineries are self-guided.
- Feel free to visit as many wineries as you wish, there is no defined “start” and “end” point to the wine trail.
Groups should purchase tickets together under ONE order. This will make check-in much faster. If there is not enough stock remaining at a starting point to accommodate your group please select a different one.
Questions about events and purchasing tickets should be directed to: contact@niagarawinetrail.org
Important Information for Events and Tickets:
Any wine glasses with event tickets must be retained for each day of the event.
All events held at the wineries end at 5:00 PM. Some wineries may be open for regular business past the event end time.
To avoid overcrowding, please select your preference for a starting winery when you reserve your tickets online. You will start at your assigned winery and then proceed at your own pace in the direction most convenient for you. This helps to keep traffic flowing around the trail, and helps to minimize check-in delays.
Advance ticket sales end online before the event starts. The deadline for online sales is posted on each event page.
Tickets may be sold at the door during the event for the at-the-door price if the event does not sell out. This will be noted on our website if tickets for an event are limited. Our wineries are ALWAYS open for regular business and tastings during wine trail events.
Event Policies:
It is illegal for wineries to serve any visibly intoxicated person and for any person to bring any outside alcoholic beverages onto our properties. Visitors who are intoxicated, disorderly or have brought outside alcoholic beverages into a winery will not be served, should not expect a refund, and may be asked to leave. We appreciate your respect for our wineries and other guests. Have fun and please drink responsibly!
