Wine and Sweet treat pairing experience
Now TWO Weekends: February 15th – 16th and 22nd – 23rd

UPDATE 2/13/25: We know the weather in our area can be unpredictable.
For our customer’s safety and convenience, we’ve decided to extend the Be Mine with Wine event to be held over 2 weekends: February 15-16 and 22-23.
This means more time to enjoy your tastings over the course of two weekends. If inclement weather affects your attendance this weekend, you’ll now have the chance to attend the following weekend. $30 tickets have been extended online and at the wineries through Feb. 21st.

Be Mine With Wine is a unique & intimate wine and chocolate pairing experience that allows ticket holders to visit multiple wineries over the course of two days, sampling one chocolate and three wines at each of their stops, Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 15-16 and 22-23, from 12-5pm all four days.

Wine tasting ticket includes:

  • Tasting of 3 wines from each participating winery location
  • A paired sweet treat at each of the participating winery

Designated driver ticket includes: 

  • A paired sweet treat at each of the participating winery

Tastings are valid for Saturday AND Sunday during the event.
Ticket pre-sales online end February 21st. Tickets available to purchase at the wineries during the event.

    • Delectable and decadent mini cheesecakes paired with your choice of wine.
  • Black Willow Winery
  • Honeymoon Trail Winery
  • Long Cliff Vineyard & Winery
    • Pairing delicate French Macarons with a selection of dry and sweet wines. Ticket-holders receive three wines and one macaron flavor of their choice, with the option to add on subsequent pastries for an additional fee.
  • Mayer’s Lake Ontario Winery
    • Sample Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc paired with Brownies infused with our Cab Sauvignon. Also try our Pinot Noir Rose with Cheesecake covered with Strawberries, or Muscat Rose wine with Cranberry white chocolate cookies
  • Schulze Vineyards & Winery
    • Enjoy a Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Sponge Candy
      made by Park Edge Sweet Shop in Buffalo, NY, paired with your choice of wines.
  • Victorianbourg Wine Estate
    • Enjoy a light, late brunch with a delectable Danish pastry, paired with Mimosas made from our award winning wines, including Pechette (4-times Best White Wine at Taste of Buffalo.)
  • Vizcarra Vineyards at Becker Farms
  • The Winery at Marjim Manor
    • Sample with your tasting a decadent cherry dessert, “Heaven on Earth.”

HOW IT WORKS:

  • Tickets are valid both weekends, Saturday & Sunday 2/15 – 2/16 and 2/22 – 2/23. Please choose your starting date and starting winery to help us plan.
  • Complete your order
  • Save the order confirmation emailed to you. THIS WILL BE YOUR TASTING PASS
  • Show your confirmation at the starting winery you chose when purchasing to check in and receive your tasting
  • Retain your confirmation. Use them at each winery visited thereafter to redeem your tastings and pairing

Tickets may be purchased at participating wineries during event hours Feb 22& 23 for $35 each.
